This year we were delighted to talk to once again the husband and wife duo of director Matt Gallagher and producer Cornelia Principe who bring their latest instalment Prey to this year’s Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Film Festival. Prey focuses on Rod MacLeod who has been abused by a Catholic priest by the name of Father Hod Marshall 50 years ago for a pertinent amount of time. Both Rod and his lawyer Rob Talach who is otherwise known as the “Priest Hunter” seek justice and compensation from the Basilians of Toronto in whom Father David Katulski represents this Catholic religious order.
