WEREWOLF BRINGS A TRUE SCARE

Andrew Gillis and Breagh MacNeil star in the film Werewolf
When I learned the film Werewolf was filmed in Cape Breton I was surprised because I am from Nova Scotia. However after watching the film I was so impressed by the way Ashley McKenzie captured the authenticity and rawness of the region, the story line is some what of a dark plot dealing with addiction, homelessness and enabling relationships. The actors Andrew Gillis and Breagh MacNeil did an excellent job portraying Blaise and Nessa.  With a micro-budget of under $250,000, the cast and crew for this film went way above and beyond. There were so many moments in the film that stuck with me. I really enjoyed this film and look forward to other projects Ashley, Andrew and Breagh may partake in.
