This is an interview with director Shane Mills and writer Francois Van Zyl of the short horror film Mummering Legends. The two came all the way from Newfoundland to discuss their project at Blood in the Snow Film Festival 2021. We discuss the inspiration, the challenges and what it was like to work with veteran actress and East Coast legend Mary Walsh. We discuss the process of making this film and how the cold weather was a key factor in setting the vibe, mood and atmosphere of Mummering Legends. FERNTV spoke with the two about this Newfoundland folklore film .
